Additional Charges:
- O’Hare & Midway Airports Pick-up Fee: $25.00 per vehicle.
- Waiting Time Fee: The first 15 minutes are FREE, then A $0.75 per minute waiting time fee will be added if required waiting time exceeds 15 minutes.
- Parking Fee: ONLY applies to trips where waiting is required and a free parking is not available.
- Manual Wheelchair Rental: $50 per chair, ONLY 1 wheelchair per vehicle. You must request this service in advance when booking your trip.
- Cleanup Fee: A $75.00 cleanup fee will be added if the passenger vomits or defecates in the vehicle.
There is No Additional Charge for The Following:
- NO After-Hours Surcharge, NO Weekend Surcharge and NO Holidays Surcharge!
- NO Additional Charge for your accompanied escorts and additional passengers.
Our vehicles can accommodate a family of up to 5 ambulatory passengers without a wheelchair, or 4 ambulatory passengers and 1 additional wheelchair passenger, depending on the size of the wheelchair. - NO Additional Charge for the first 15 minutes of wait past your scheduled pick-up time.
- NO Additional Charge for your bags & luggage.
- NO Additional Charge for your service animal.
- NO Additional Charge for tollway tolls and road fees.
- NO $4.00 Additional Charge for Chicago’s MPEA Airport Departure Tax.
Gratuities:
A Tip (gratuity) is not included in the trip cost, but it’s always appreciated. Gratuities are always paid in full to the driver and you may request to add them on your card at the time of booking your trip, or you may choose to pay them in cash directly to the driver at the end of your trip.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
- No Cancellation Fee (full refund of 100%) on all orders canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- 35% Cancellation Fee (partial refund of 65%) on all orders canceled more than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- 50% Cancellation Fee (partial refund of 50%) on all orders canceled 1 to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- 100% NO-Show/Cancellation Fee (no refunds) on all No-Show orders and on all orders canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
These No-Show/Cancellation Fees help compensate for loss of business. If a refund is due, the refund will then be issued back to the debit or credit card used to pay for the order, and the funds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your bank account.
